Cherchesov shares experiences with UEFA Pro licence student coaches in Nyon

Russian national team coach Stanislav Cherchesov has visited UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland on Thursday, the 25th of October, to deliver a lecture to Pro licence student coaches in Nyon studying within Student Exchange program.

-          It was my pleasure to accept an invitation from Frank K. Ludolph, Head of Football Education Services at UEFA, to participate in a workshop for student coaches studying within Student Exchange program. An exchange of opinions and development is what pushes our football forward, makes it better and more meaningful.  We mostly focused on the World Cup 2018 in Russia, our national team’s preparations and performance at the World Cup. I think that was an interesting and constructive dialogue where I attempted to answer all questions from coaches and UEFA representatives, said Stanislav Cherchesov.

- We were delighted to invite Stanislav Cherchesov as a special speaker to appear before student coaches who are only starting their coaching careers, said Frank K. Ludolph, Head of Football Education Services at UEFA. – He shared valuable ideas concerning the coaching philosophy, including interesting details about his experience with the Russian national team. Mr. Cherchesov also shared how he managed the pressure and stress to meet expectations of Russian fans during World Cup in Russia. I am confident that his ideas, knowledge and understanding of football will be of a huge benefit to the future generation of coaches who attended our workshop today.
